After the skyrocketing home prices, crazy competition, and white-hot real estate market of the past few years, it feels kind of nice to return to a more normal and predictable market. In 2023, home sellers still have the upper hand and we’re still in a seller’s market in most areas. But buyers will have a much easier time finding the homes of their dreams as demand has become more balanced. This will make selling a home still easy, and buying a home much easier than in years past. Home sales are predicted to move a bit more slowly, but all in all, the market is healthy and happy.
