I keep getting questions about the state of the real estate market, and rightfully so!
Concerns about the market are everywhere, and both buyers and sellers are wondering if the market is just leveling out or if something like a crash is on the horizon. Well, here you go: the market is simply leveling out–and it’s due to 2 main reasons: 1. Buyers are being priced out of the market due to the price increases we’ve seen over the last couple of years. 2. Mortgage rates are increasing, making would-be buyers hold off to see what will happen. As a result of these two things, home prices are starting to plateau. These homes are still selling, but it’s taking a bit more time and there aren’t bidding wars like there were a year ago. Now, this is still a good time to buy and sell. You just need a little extra patience and guidance from a trusted real estate agent. I’m here to help! Send me a DM and let’s talk about your real estate concerns. . . . #coldwelldistinctiveproperties #westslopebestslope
